Summary: Helpful book made me realize I want to keep practicing law.
Comments: Arron encourages a lot of self-examination. I picked up this book when I was sure that I wanted to stop being a lawyer after 19 years of practice. Well, I learned that what I needed to do was stop practicing law in a situation where I no longer saw clients. Frankly, a change of *venue* was what I needed more than anything. I saw an ad in the newspaper, applied for the job and now I am back in a position with a lot of client contact and in one of my favorite places in the world, Madison, WI. When I was done with MY self-examination, I gave it to a friend who, having made partner in a large law firm in Chicago, is working it through and may very well quit and become an Episcopal priest or deliver pizzas...

Summary: Best Career Book I have ever read
Comments: I loved this book. The author obviously knows her subject. Any paralegal will find it invaluable in charting the course of his or her carrer. This is real insider stuff so if you want to know how others have made a go of a tough career, pick this book up.
